Handcrafted rib protector made with high quality materials, essential ergonomic design fully adjustable with a new velcro closure that allows the driver better comfort during the track session thanks to the double elastic band. The sheel is triple layer of fibreglass designed with an anti-splintering system guarantees high resilience and absorb high levels of stress in low frequency. Padding is a closed cell foam 8mm thick, 100 kg/mc density, gives comfort and protects the driver from vibrations in high frequency. The back features internal framework in Texon 480, back covered with a soft perforated fabric. Padding in a 5mm closed cell foam.

The Bumper plus share all the features of the Standard model with the addition of a higher back which is designed to give more comfort and safety to ther spinal column and less stress to the neck. More safety, same freedom of movement. Sizes: XS-XXXL
Combining the winning formula of BUMPER with the high stiffness, high tensile strengh and the low weight of the carbon fiber. The shell is composite of fiberglass and carbon fiber provides the maximum impact resistance, with minor weight and optimal wearability. Conatining new foam padding with a soft and smooth touch, but resistant to any impact, the new foam consists in a light, thin and transpiring material, designed to resist against vibrations and repeated impacts. It immediately disperes the pressure when the strike occurs, absorbing up to 90% of the energy in high-speed impacts. The rear internal framework is comprised of Texton 480, back covered with a soft perforated fabric. Padding in a 5mm closed cell foam.

The layout of the AB7 provides better fitting in the driving position with the elastic shoulder straps allowing for a wide range of adjustability for any body structures. The internal padding is made from high shock absorbent foam that allows the dispersion of impact energy and vibrations reducing fatigue. Quick and easy to use front closure system allowing the driver to wear and adjust the rib protector whilst in the kart. The lateral protection is integrated with new elements to protect the sternum and back areas. This is to gain all around safety where the whole torso area is protected with optimum comfort. Latest version of the most popular shape used by professional racers is a major step forward in composite technology. The New style T11 is smooth on the back, with totally consistent performance and a very high quality laminate. The T11 shape was originally created for taller drivers who can suffer as the track gets grippy. The flat bottom coupled with the more reclined angle creates a low head position which lowers the centre of gravity and gives better aerodynamics. Sizes: XS, S, Man. The flat bottom on this shape is set at 63 degrees, which helps achieve a low centre of gravity whilst retaining an upright driving position. The T5 shape it can be useful for a driver with long legs, whose knees come up too far in the more reclined T11. The more upright body position and thus more powerful shoulder turn of the T5, helps the young racers. This means that the T5 shape is particularly popular with drivers aged 8 to 12 years old in the 60 cc Minikart and Cadet classes.
