Starling first challenger onboard with Pay by Bank
service has partnered with UK digital-only new entrant, Starling Bank. It is the first challenger bank to commit to Pay by Bank app’s technology (incumbents like HSBC and Barclay have also signed up) which enables customers to make real-time payments from their existing mobile banking app.

Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank unveils Studio B
and Yorkshire Bank, has launched on High Street Kensington in London. The space in Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks’ new flagship London store will tap into intelligent design, including facial recognition technology, gaming, animation and video content. Every four weeks, invited guests and members of the public will take on a new challenge to build the next generation of banking. The prototypes they develop will be showcased in the store and tested on customers.
