at Advanced Engineering 2024 at Birmingham NEC on the 30 and 31 of October. After the success of last year’s


exhibition, Nederman is returning to exhibit the company’s innovative solutions for clean air to the Advanced Engineering audience. Nederman has been in business since


1944, starting the journey in Sweden. Fast forward to 2024, and the company has locations all over the world, providing extraction and filtration solutions to businesses worldwide. Alongside its range of new and


current innovations, a particular highlight of Nederman’s stand at Advanced Engineering will be the intelligent airflow control system,


Nederman SAVE, designed to optimise extraction performance while also reducing energy costs. The Nederman stand will feature a


demo-rig, with three working extraction points along with a display module to show visitors first-hand different applications potential performance enhancements and energy savings. This hands-on demonstration will give you an insight as to how you can improve the performance of your extraction system. By monitoring machine and process


information, SAVE determines the precise amount of airflow and pressure required at each extraction point for effective dust extraction and safe material transport. The fan operation is then adjusted based on the actual operational demand resulting in energy savings, increased combustible dust safety and reduced system wear and tear. The machine data collected by the system can then be used to track machine utilisation through Nederman Insight. Nederman SAVE can reduce energy consumption by up to 70% when compared to traditional dust collection
