TANGIBLE RESULTS F

Recently, at its Birmingham Welding
and Fabrication training facility the business hosted an impressive open day, attended by a number of key local employers, Civil Servants from DWP and specialist recruitment agencies, as well as yours truly. Guests were treated to a welcome
cuppa and snacks before a guided tour of the impressive facility, with Momentum’s experienced training and education staff explaining the various aspects of the courses on offer and also answering questions from the attendees.
A Migatronic welding Cobot was
also set up on the shopfloor to provide live demonstrations of the technology and capability that new welders may well be working alongside. Everyone also had a chance to try their hand at virtual welding using Momentum’s VR training rig, an essential tool in today’s education and training environment. Sales Director, Tom Winbow, says:
