How personalised supplement coaching could unlock peak body and mind
How an evidence-based, lab-led approach — aligning supplement form, dose and timing to the person — could improve energy, focus and recovery
As the new year begins, wellness aisles and social feeds are crowded with promises. For some health- conscious readers, supplements have become a confusing, costly and hype-driven landscape. This is the problem Cristina
Gall, a Harvard-trained nutrition specialist, has made it her mission to solve. Through her service, Supplement Coaching, Cristina provides what the industry often lacks: unbiased, science-based guidance tailored to the individual.
A MISSION TO END SUPPLEMENT CONFUSION & MISINFORMATION With a master’s in nutritional epidemiology (Harvard School of Public Health) and over 15 years’ experience, Cristina demystifies supplements through personalised, science-based coaching. “Watching friends and so
many other health-minded people struggle to navigate the confusing world of supplements frustrated me,”
Cristina explains. “I saw them pour money and hope into hype-driven products instead of real evidence.” She founded Supplement
Coaching to bridge the gap between complex nutrition research and practical advice. Her mission is simple: help busy,
health-conscious individuals achieve optimal energy, vitality and long- term wellbeing.
SCIENCE, NOT SALES Cristina has no affiliations or paid partnerships with any supplement brands. Her advice is based solely on research and what’s right for the individual client.
FROM GUESSWORK TO DATA-DRIVEN PLANS Cristina’s fully personalised plans are tailored to individual labs, diet and goals. Each supplement is carefully
selected based on efficacy, safety and cost. Cristina screens every product for evidence-backed dosage, bioavailability and third-party lab testing. Her holistic approach then goes
beyond supplements, incorporating nutrition, sleep and lifestyle tweaks for lasting results.
HOW IT WORKS New clients begin with a discussion about their health goals. Cristina then reviews labs and current supplements. Clients receive a daily supplement
schedule and guidance on tracking progress. Exact timing is mapped to meals, training and daily routines. The aim is not ‘more’: it’s the right
supplement, in the right form and dose, at the right time.
