THE INFO CBD

Full-spectrum refers to a CBD-rich product that

Cannabidiol (CBD) is still being researched, but preliminary studies suggest that it could offer a variety of health benefits, such as relief from pain, inflammation and anxiety.

has all the extracts naturally found in the cannabis plant, including traces (usually less than 0.3%)

of THC (the main active ingredient in cannabis). These products have a strong ‘hempy’ smell.

Broad-spectrum

Simply put, broad-spectrum is full-spectrum minus the THC. It has all the plant compounds but undergoes an additional extraction process

to remove the THC. It’s a good choice for people trying CBD for the first time.

Isolate

CBD isolate is the purest form of CBD. It doesn’t contain any compounds or THC from the

cannabis plant. Some people prefer this type because it has no particular odour.

0.2% THC CBD will not make a person ‘high’.

CBD IS LEGAL TO BUY AND SELL IN THE UK PROVIDED IT CONTAINS LESS THAN 0.2% THC.

Although it comes from the cannabis plant, it doesn’t contain enough THC to create any psychotropic effects.

a grass-like smell, so spas oſten mix them with scented oils such as lavender and ylang ylang.
