Who is the treatment best for? Flotation works for everyone from weekend warriors who play Sunday league football all the way up to elite level athletes.


How does it actually work? Flotation therapy places you in a flotation tank, which is filled with Epsom salts and water heated to your skin temperature. The treatment gives you a sensory deprivation experience, which can help you relax and tap into your parasympathetic nervous system. Spending more time in this branch of the nervous system greatly aids recovery of the neuromuscular system, and makes sleep more restorative.


Tips to get the most out of a session? Due to the high amount of salt in the tank, it’s recommended to hydrate both before and aſter a session.
