Glacier Express SWITZERLAND
The Glacier Express is one of the most unique and luxurious ways to explore the glory of the Swiss Alps. With the help of rack-and-pinion technolog, the train climbs to the highest point of the route on the Oberalp Pass, 6,706ft above sea level. five-course meal, including wine. Appetisers and champagne taste twice as good looking out towards the Piz Bernina or the Matterhorn. For a welcoming drink or an aperitif, try the Glacier Bar, which offers the best view. Later in the day, an afternoon tea of delicious cakes is served.
