Take a juicy, perfectly-grilled octopus in Barcelona, glazed with fresh white wine, and its tender and flavorful meat cooked at low temperatures in the old neighborhoods of Madrid drizzled in butter (because with butter it’s always better). Perfectly paired with a robust red wine from the Priorat (Cataluña Region). Another option could also be some delicious roasted Mediterranean vegetables of Malaga, cooked ‘a la plancha’ with tasty olive oil from Sevilla - simple and fresh. To finish, why not try in Valencia a beautiful dark chocolate cake with buttery caramel and creamy vanilla quenelle on the side? Is anyone else’s mouth watering yet?
