Allied Mineral Products, LLC (Allied) has purchased Industrial Ceramic
Products, Inc. (ICP). The
acquisition will allow Allied to further its strategy of increasing applications diversity, capacity, and expansion into precision, high-fired refractory shapes markets. all

Harold Harned Retires from Inductotherm After 50 Years
Harold Harned has retired from Inductotherm Corp. after 50 years of exemplary service. He is best known for his work in customer training, offering classroom sessions both at Inductotherm Corp. and at foundries to ensure that workers are educated in the safest and most efficient ways to operate Inductotherm equipment.
Harold joined Inductotherm in
August, 1974, beginning as a Field Service Engineer. Throughout his career, he held many positions but always kept the reputation
of providing excellent
service and education. “His main focus was always to make sure our customers received the attention that they deserved,” said Jay Singer, Vice President of Customer Service. “In his last position as Customer Training Manager, Harold had the opportunity to educate our customers on operating and maintaining their Inductotherm equipment in a safe and efficient manner. We all wish Harold a long and enjoyable retirement.” Customer
