brings high torque, and easy-to-use one-handed bit insertion to industrial applications. The 14.4-volt Right Angle

CDB INSTRUMENTS For more than 40 years, CDB Instruments, Inc. has sold non- destructive inspection equipment. Company owner Charles Bayless, along with internationally known borescope expert Jitu Patel, are excited to introduce the newest inspection equipment with the latest technology for unique engine and airframe inspections. The company’s G Pro Series Videoscopes replace old standard borescopes with a new concept — a videoscope kit with INTERCHANGEABLE PROBES that work from the same base unit and monitor. Customers can purchase different size probes both in diameter and working length that can be changed in seconds, making this one of the most versatile inspection equipment available.

NEW GENERATION OF GERM-

REDUCING COATINGS Mankiewicz is introucing a second- generation interior paint this year with antimicrobial effective additives. By preventing mold and odors, it helps improve in- flight hygiene. When you think how many

microbes and bacteria accumulate over the course of a day in an aircraft, you would be wary of touching anything. Luckily paint manufacturer Mankiewicz has further developed its solution:

This year Mankiewicz is presenting a 50 DOMmagazine.com | june 2019

Cordless Screwdriver delivers 150 inch-pounds of torque with up to 1,550 RPM free speed, making it ideal for dash work, stripped fasteners and removing/installing panels in select industrial, aerospace and power generation applications. The new 14.4-volt Right Angle

new generation of the interior paint ALEXIT PureGuard with active antimicrobial agents to protect the dried paint film. It contains special chemicals that hinder the spread of mold and unpleasant odors, and in this way the paint makes a valuable contribution towards hygiene of surfaces onboard the aircraft. More good news is that the new generation makes it also available as a clearcoat. This opens up many new possibilities for use: the clearcoat can be applied onto almost any surface or substrate — no matter whether

foil, existing paint or plastic surfaces. As the clearcoat is itself colorless it does not adversely affect the carefully designed appearance of an aircraft interior.

As a matter of course with all Mankiewicz aircraft paints, ALEXIT PureGuard is compliant with the strictest FST demands of the aviation industry.
