Kuoni unveils Flex+ cancellation policy


A new initiative from Kuoni will allow selected holidays to be cancelled or changed up to 10 days before travel “for any reason at all”. Flex+ is available on new bookings from now until December 31, for travel any time until the end of June 2021. Riviera reveals its first range of escorted tours in the UK

Riviera Travel has unveiled its first collection of UK tours in response to customer demand. Known for river cruises and escorted tours in Europe


and farther afield, the operator is offering seven tours showcasing British history, culture and landscapes. Head of strategy and innovation Will Sarson


said: “We have been engaging with our customers to understand exactly how their holiday needs have changed. One of the most common suggestions was the desire to explore the UK. “In fact, 65% of our customers told us that they


would love to explore Britain with us, with almost 50% saying they planned to book a UK holiday in 2021.” Four itineraries have a cultural and historical focus,


and three are ‘Walk and Discover’ holidays. The seven featured destinations are Cornwall,


Norfolk, the Lake District, Yorkshire, Wales, Northern 29 OCTOBER 2020


Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands and Skye. Each small-group tour is capped at 25 guests,


with accommodation in four-star hotels with “local character”, such as the Maids Head Hotel in Norwich, which is more than 800 years old. All itineraries are offered on a tour-only basis, as
