JAMAICA’S SELL IT & SEE IT FAM TRIP

The Jamaica Tourist Board ran a series of competitions giving agents the chance to win one of 10 places on an incredible five-day, fun-filled fam trip to Montego Bay in March. The lucky winners stayed at

Secrets Wild Orchid, an AAA Four Diamond Resort set on a peninsula with over a mile of private beach leading to the waters of Montego Bay. The agents also visited the neighbouring resort areas of Ocho Rios and Negril, and saw for themselves “Wah gwaan?” (‘What’s going on?’) on this beautiful island. The agents experienced the

vibrant culture and music of Jamaica’s ‘tourism capital’ and met the friendly locals. They dined under the stars, danced to the beat of reggae music and tried authentic Jamaica delicacies. Montego Bay welcomes over

two million visitors each year, many staying right in the resort area and enjoying the warmth and excitement of the Caribbean’s number-one beach resort destination. It is widely considered one of the best holiday options that agents can offer their clients, with a variety of attractions and experiences that are well known across the world.

The agents on the trip: Paul Salisbury, Guru Travel Samantha Morrison, Simply Luxury by Travel 2 Lyndsey Berry, Virgin Holidays Bina Patel, Thomas Cook Jacqueline Tarkhani, Funway Holidays Stacey Hammond, Central England Cooperative Travel Alexandra Riddle, Tui Louise Banks, Travel Counsellors Louise Rush, Spear Travels Shenika Bennett, JTB escort
