Operators, cruise lines and airlines have continued to offer agents options to book customers for future travel dates. Here’s a round-up of the latest
O Jet2holidays is issuing rebooking vouchers for cancelled holidays, so clients can make new bookings and agents retain their original commission on holidays departing in April. All flights are suspended until at least May 1. Vouchers are being issued one per booking with a unique code for agents to pass to the lead passenger. They are valid for redemption until June 30 through the agent who made the original booking.

O USAirtours is allowing agents to rebook customers’ trips on to any available date with the same airline for travel on or before October 31, 2021. Any monies paid will be transferred to the new booking and the current holiday price will be honoured.

O EasyJet launched its winter 2020-21 schedule early due to the “unprecedented circumstances”. Existing bookings can be moved to travel dates up to February 2021, with no fee for changes.

O Cruise & Maritime Voyages is offering ‘buy one get one free’ fares for upcoming new ship Amy Johnson for the first time. The 1,400-passenger vessel will join the fleet next spring and cruise year-round out of Tilbury from April 2021. The offer is valid for bookings made by May 31, 2020. CMV operations are currently suspended until April 24, 2020.

O Topdeck is offering vouchers to redeem against future bookings with an additional £50 of credit on top. Bookings can be amended for any date up to December 31, 2021.

O Saga is offering future cruise credits worth 125% of the original booking’s value for those amending rather than cancelling cruises. Vouchers are valid for 24 months, and refunds to the value of the original booking will be issued if the voucher expires.
