Golden Eagle, operator of the Trans-Siberian Express. Uniworld is to launch its Uniworld Support Hub
this month. The trade platform will contain white-label digital brochures and content to help agents host virtual events to promote and sell Uniworld. The hub will also feature a white-label letter,
recommending Uniworld, that agents can tailor with their details and send to their customer databases. Previously, sales assets were sent to agents via email. A range of 10-minute videos showcasing different
destinations and rivers has been created and added to the hub. Chris Townson, the line’s UK & Ireland managing director, said: “Agents can save these assets and utilise
them in a more targeted way.”
