Leisure Agent of the Year (High Street) Open to agents operating in high street/retail estates. Shortlisted agents will be invited to a virtual judging interview.
Leisure Agent of the Year (Home or Call Centre-based) Open to agents working primarily from home or in call centres. Shortlisted agents will be invited to attend a virtual judging interview.
Leisure Manager of the Year Open to agents operating in any sales channel, including high street, call centre, online and from home, and managing staff within their business. Shortlisted agents will be invited to attend a virtual judging interview.
Agency Support Team Member of the Year Honouring agency staff operating in non-frontline or support roles for agencies in any sales channel, including high street, call centre, online and from home. A shortlist will be drawn up and assessed by a judging panel (based on nominations only, no interviews).

BUSINESS EXCELLENCE AWARDS
Self-nominated: One to Watch Award Open to any agent or agency operating on the high street, call centre, online or from home, which has been operating as a standalone business for less than 24 months on the deadline date of April 29. Shortlisted agents will be invited to attend a virtual judging interview.
Best Agency to Work For (large, medium and small) Open to travel agencies operating in any sales channel, including high street, in a call centre, online and from home. The cut-off points for agency size are as for the National High Street Agency, Homeworking Agency and Online/Call Centre Agency categories in the supplier-voted awards (next page).
NEW: Agency Branch of the Year Award Open to any agency operating on the high street or with retail premises, regardless of size. A shortlist will be drawn up and assessed by a judging panel (based on nominations only, no interviews).
