Rocky Mountaineer extends route dates
Rocky Mountaineer has extended dates of a new US route to November 19. The two-day Rockies to the Red Rocks journey between Moab and Denver was due to end on August 15. Separately, the tourist train has delayed the restart of its Canadian season until June 1 and added 16 departure dates.

EasyJet has put its summer flights for next year on sale earlier than ever before and added to its 2022 range of package holidays. Flights departing between
June 1 and September 30, 2022, are available from £24.99 one-way to destinations such as the Greek islands, Portugal, mainland Spain, the Canaries and Balearics. EasyJet holidays, meanwhile,
has added new hotels, city breaks and beach holidays with departures up to October 2022. The operator is offering
upwards of 100 destinations in Europe, with more than 5,000 hotels across 500 resorts.

Canadian Affair has launched a tour operation selling holidays to destinations across the US, principally through the travel trade. American Affair will start sales on March 29, offering
self-drive and coach tours, city breaks, cruises, rail tours, motorhome rental, ski and multi-centre holidays. The operator will offer a price-match guarantee
against all other operators on its tailor-made packages, and deposits will start from £250 per person. Throughout April, American Affair will be running
a launch incentive for the travel trade of £20 in Love2shop vouchers for every booking. A four-night New York city break costs from £979,
departing October 3, including accommodation, an attraction pass and flights.
Kerzner targets health and fitness travellers with new hotel brand Siro

Kerzner International is launching a fitness-focused hotel brand. Siro, pronounced ‘sigh-row’, is aimed at travellers interested in health and wellness, and properties will offer activities such as cycling, sailing, boxing, climbing, kitesurfing and skiing. Each hotel will have a gym, yoga and meditation space, pool and recovery lab. The first, Siro Boka Place, is due to launch in Porto Montenegro in 2023.

Essiell launches travel money app designed for homeworkers
Financial services specialist Essiell has launched a retail travel money app “streamlined for currency sales in a homeworking environment”. The app, called ‘remote’, allows homeworkers to offer home delivery as well as branch collection, and has tiered rate structures. Essiell said the development of remote reflected the rise of homeworking in the pandemic.
