Onesixth Expeditions to offer tailor-made tours to Argentina


A tailor-made specialist DMC focused on offering sustainable services in Argentina for UK tour operators and agents launched this week. Onesixth Expeditions has


been set up by director Daniel Santin. He launched a South American marketing brand, Inspiring Destination, in 2015 but saw an opportunity to move into destination management this year. Initially, Onesixth will offer


three “specialist” tours it has packaged, and Santin hopes to add two more by the end of the year. He expects 95% of business to be DMC services and 5% to be the ready-made packages, sold either through the trade or direct. Santin said: “Whether you


need a holiday for 10 days or 100 days, we can put that together.” Onesixth has committed to

MSC unveils European winter sailings out of Southampton

MSC Cruises is to operate seven-night winter sailings from the UK with a series of northern Europe itineraries. From November 14, the line will deploy


3,013-passenger MSC Magnifica out of Southampton. Sales opened last week for cruises to Hamburg,


Amsterdam from IJmuiden, Bruges and Brussels from Zeebrugge and Le Havre for Paris. The sailings will feature extended port stays of up to 12 hours. Prices for a seven-night Northern Europe sailing,


departing Southampton on November 23, start from £399. MSC has 11 departures out of Port of Southampton’s recently-opened Horizon Cruise Terminal. For these sailings, passengers aged 12 and above


must be fully vaccinated, while guests aged between two and 11 must provide proof of a negative PCR


Crystal Cruises opens bookings for Grand Voyage on Crystal Serenity


Crystal Cruises has opened bookings for its 2022 Grand Voyage, Caribbean Idylls & Mediterranean Masterpieces sailing on Crystal Serenity. Prices for the full 132-night ex-Miami trip start at $31,102.
