Royal Caribbean International is recruiting for two key positions in its UK sales team after losing both Amanda Darrington and Lucy Preece within a week.

Ben Bouldin, Royal Caribbean’s

Darrington and Preece’s exits presented an opportunity to others at Royal Caribbean. “You will struggle to fulfil your

aspirations within an organisation unless some of the team move out,” he said. Bouldin anticipated it would take

six months to find a replacement for Darrington, who was previously sales director at Funway Holidays and before that head of trade sales at Kuoni. Darrington said she is taking a

to both CAA colleagues and industry partners who have been there with me doing amazing things.” CAA chairman Dame Deirdre
