P&O unveils winter cruises in Dubai and Arabian Gulf

P&O Cruises has expanded its winter programme for 2020-21 by launching two seven-night itineraries in Dubai and the Arabian Gulf, and introducing Qatar as a port of call.


The line’s new programme


offers alternating seven-night cruises, one heading north and one heading east in the region, on Oceana. General sale for the winter 2020-21 programme opens on Monday (March 18). New 5,200-passenger ship Iona

Seabourn’s first expedition ship will sail in Arctic in 2021


Seabourn plans to deploy its first expedition vessel in the Arctic in summer 2021, before repositioning it to Antarctica the following year. The ship, which has not yet been named, will launch in June 2021, with a second expedition vessel due for delivery in May 2022. The first ship will sail a full season in Antarctica in summer 2022. RuPaul’s Drag Race stars to sail on U in Drag Uniworld cruise


U by Uniworld is hosting two themed cruises – featuring celebrity drag queens and star tattoo artists – on board The A in Germany this summer. The new tailored itineraries – U in Drag, and Tattoo on U – follow the eight-day Germany’s Finest itinerary, which sails from Frankfurt to Regensburg. The U in Drag sailing is on


July 6, while Tattoo on U departs on August 17. Celebrity drag queens will include Jiggly Caliente, Darienne Lake and Phi Phi O’Hara, as seen on RuPaul’s Drag Race, a US reality show that pits contestants against each other as judges select America’s next drag superstar. Celebrity tattoo artists including Steven Tefft, winner of US show Ink Master; Reese Hilburn, from programme Tattoo Nightmares Miami; and Bobby Moss and his wife and model Heather Moss will be on the sailing.
