Visitors can take a tour of the distillery and sample some of the best whiskies at the end.

Eat some fresh seafood at Matsushima Bay The seafood from Matsushima Bay is some


of the freshest you can get. The town is most famous for its oysters, so recommend an oyster house, or ‘kaki goya’ for an hour of all-you-can- eat oysters. Conger eels, or ‘anago’, are also a delicacy from the town.
