Trade-only tour operator Pure Luxury has added cruise packages and private jet charters for the first time in its 2019 brochure.

There are also 60 new

properties, two new self-drives and four new multi-centre itineraries in the brochure by Gold Medal’s sister brand. Cruise holiday packages have been introduced to capitalise on the growth in popularity of cruising in the UK market, and combine flights, pre and post- accommodation and cruises. Guests on the 21-night Luxury Jewels of Arabia and the Indian Ocean itinerary join an ocean cruise with Seabourn. It leads in at £6,889. The 12-night Luxury Barbados package combines a stay at the Sandy Lane Resort with a Silversea Caribbean cruise and starts from £7,259. Agents will be able to charter

air product at Pure Luxury parent dnata, said: “Private jet travel has traditionally been a niche offering, but the market is opening up with companies offering greater accessibility and clearer pricing.”

The brochure includes additional hotel options in Phuket and Koh Samui after Pure Luxury recorded a “particularly strong” performance in Thailand. The Keemala Phuket features ‘bird’s nest’ accommodation in the trees with a private pool for £804 per night, and the InterContinental Samui Baan Taling Ngam, has an ‘air bar’ overlooking the Gulf of Thailand, with rooms leading in at £258 per night. Both are based on two people sharing. In the past year, Pure Luxury has seen an increase in pre- booked excursions, so for 2019 it has introduced 12 fully commissionable add-ons in
