THE GARDEN BAR It’s not only Atlantis, The Palm receiving a refresh. Next door, Atlantis The Royal, which opened in 2023 with its striking stacked architecture and floor-to-ceiling windows framing the Arabian Gulf, is also expanding its already impressive food and beverage offering. Home to 17 restaurants and bars, the resort spans everything from celebrity chef concepts and Michelin-starred dining to Emirati afternoon tea and Peruvian cuisine, alongside the world’s first beach club by chef Nobu Matsuhisa. What’s new?
Joining the line-up is The Garden Bar, an open-air lounge nestled among lush landscaping. Guests can sink into comfortable seating beneath swaying palms while enjoying views across the resort and a new food and drinks menu.
ROYAL POOL Set between Atlantis The Royal and the rolling shores, the Royal Pool unfolds beneath the resort’s dramatic skycourts (elevated outdoor terraces), private terraces and suspended pools, with the famous Cloud 22 soaring overhead. What’s new? The existing water feature will be extended into a larger pool area framed by elegant landscaping and palm trees. The expansion will add 60 sunbeds, three in-pool loungers and three air- conditioned cabanas, creating even more space for relaxed sunbathing.

Nobu By The Beach
CLOUD 22 Cloud 22 continues to reign as one of Dubai’s most coveted rooftop destinations, with its lively atmosphere and spectacular infinity pool. The venue also continues its exclusive collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana and Ounass, showcasing the fashion house’s signature Mediterranean Carretto prints and vibrant Italian-inspired patterns. What’s new? Following the refurbishment, the pool deck will be reconfigured by removing the Lotus Bar and replacing it with an expanded sunbathing area, opening up uninterrupted views across Palm Dubai. The redesign will increase capacity to around 40 sunbeds while creating a more spacious, open and effortlessly glamorous poolside experience.
