This week has been very special when it comes to ‘Seabourn Moments’.
Seabourn Moments are those events that all team members at Seabourn – and especially those on our ships – give to guests to create memories they will never forget.
This week was no exception when the team on board
Seabourn Ovation created a very special ‘Moment’ for the partner of Kimberly Glynn from Panache Cruises. They were both guests on one of our fam trips, and John wished to propose to Kim on Seabourn – we were very honoured!
There were secret calls with John both before and during the cruise. And luckily, Kim said yes! It was just one of those goosebump moments that we all love, and which motivate us to listen and plan to surprise and delight our guests when they least expect it.
I know many of you do the same with your customers. This
is why you, our partners, are so important to Seabourn, with incredible relationships that extend beyond just ‘business’.
For our guests, the Seabourn journey – and that very special concierge service – starts with their first visit or call with their travel agent. And it ends there too when they return to a ‘welcome home’ call or message.
It’s all a seamless
process that includes many personal touches – and, of course, those precious Seabourn Moments!

Tour operator Insider Journeys has partnered with German specialist operator Colibri Travel to broaden its portfolio. Insider Journeys, formally known
as Travel Indochina, is offering a range of Colibri’s wilderness and nature tours to destinations it has not previously offered. The move means the operator
