Jet2 reveals flurry of ski routes for winter
Jet2.com is to fly to Innsbruck from Birmingham, Stansted and Manchester for the 2019-20 ski season. It will operate weekly Saturday flights from December to April from Birmingham and Manchester, and from February to April from Stansted.
Jet2.com will also fly Manchester-Verona and East Midlands-Grenoble.

Qantas is offering agents access to a “wide range” of fares, products and information through a new trade distribution channel. Te Qantas Channel has been
introduced as part of a wider digital booking overhaul by the Australian carrier. Agencies that sign up will eventually be able to offer clients new content from the Iata NDC-enabled Qantas Distribution Platform (QDP), which is not currently available via indirect booking systems. Te airline claims the Qantas
Channel “is set to modernise the way agencies book fares and deliver personalised experiences”. Agencies that do not register
for Te Qantas Channel may at a later stage incur a channel fee.

Universal unveils plan to build Epic Universe park in Florida

Universal Orlando Resort has confirmed plans to open a theme park called Universal’s Epic Universe. Te new park will be the fourth at Universal
Orlando Resort, joining Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and water theme park Volcano Bay, which opened in 2017. It will feature an entertainment centre, hotels,
shops, restaurants and more. It will be located within a larger 750-acre site that nearly doubles Universal’s total available acreage in central Florida. “Our new park represents the largest investment

yet to reveal an opening date for Epic Universe and has not announced what any of the themed areas will be. Universal recently opened the first of two ‘value
category’ hotels, the 750-room Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites. Te second, Dockside hotel, with 2,050 rooms, is due to open in March 2020.
