Sandals unveils new luxury suites at Jamaican property

Sandals Resorts International has added 48 luxury suites to its Royal Caribbean Resort & Private Island in Jamaica. The rooms complete renovations at the property –


one of two operated by Sandals in Montego Bay – and bring the total number of rooms to 280. Three new restaurants have already opened as part


of the overhaul, while 36 rooms across the Caernavon and Arundel buildings have been refurbished. New cabanas, fans, lighting, an outdoor shower area and whirlpool baths have been added to the South Pool area. The 48 new Crystal Lagoon Hideaway suites


comprise 12 Swim-up Club Level Junior Suites with ‘patio tranquility soaking tubs’ and 36 Junior Suites with ‘balcony tranquility soaking tubs’. All are located in a new four-storey Chequers
