Luxurious new experiential resort is a hotspot for premier dining experiences

In Dubai, where the skyline is defined by towering skyscrapers and impressive architectural feats, it can be tricky to stand out from the crowd – but Atlantis The Royal does just that. Since this lavish experiential resort opened in February, it has cemented its status as one of Dubai’s most impressive landmarks, boasting 43 storeys of curved, interlinking towers that look out across the Arabian Gulf. From its prime position on Palm Island, neighbouring

its sister property Atlantis, The Palm, this resort is breathtaking from every angle, thanks to the work of some of the world’s leading designers, architects and artists. But Atlantis The Royal isn’t just a treat for the eyes – with

17 world-class restaurants and bars, this one-of-a-kind resort promises to be a treat for the taste buds too.

FAMOUS FACES

Atlantis The Royal joins Atlantis, The Palm as a top culinary destination in Dubai, with dishes to excite every palate. And the resort’s five-star dining experience comes with added star power in the form of eight celebrity chefs, who each have their own signature restaurant serving up culinary masterpieces. Michelin-starred chef Heston Blumenthal brings a taste of

British nostalgia to his restaurant Dinner, where guests can enjoy everything from spiced pigeon to ice cream theatrically flash-frozen with liquid nitrogen. Diners are encouraged to ‘expect the unexpected’, but what’s guaranteed is an eclectic mix of flavours perfectly paired with a bespoke range of wines. Elsewhere, José Andrés is at the helm at Jaleo, where the menu showcases the best of Spanish cuisine with hearty paellas and summery sangrias, while the fresh, vibrant dishes at Greek-inspired Milos have been dreamt up by entrepreneurial chef Costas Spiliadis.

SKY-HIGH STAYS

Atlantis The Royal features a total of 795 rooms, including 102 out-of-this-world suites and six signature penthouses.

To add an extra flourish to any stay, recommend your clients opt for one of the resort’s 38 lavish Sky Pool Villas, each complete with a private infinity pool that showcases far-reaching views of either the ocean or Dubai skyline.

There’s an expansive terrace with sunloungers and a swing

chair for relaxing, as well as a table that can seat six for guests who want to host a serene outdoor dinner with friends.

Each Sky Pool Villa sleeps up to two adults and two children, but the suites can be interconnected for bigger families or friends travelling as a group.

There are airy living and dining spaces, as well as a dressing room and walk-in wardrobe. Plus, the complimentary airport transfers, 24-hour butler service and daily minibar help to add an extra touch of luxury.
