Lynn with Belinda King and Natalya Leahy

moments with... Lynn

I love this time of year with all the fantastic Travel Partner conferences and events.

It’s also our tradition to have our end-of-year sales

meeting, followed by our Seabourn Partner Business review and Christmas lunch in London. This year was our 35th anniversary and the event was totally inspirational, enabling us to meet with all our partners, trade press and consumer media to celebrate everything Seabourn.

We were lucky to have our president, Natalya Leahy;

Robin West, our VP, General Manager Expeditions; and Daniel Putzhammer, Senior Director, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping in attendance. All of them spoke passionately and engaged with our partners in their areas of expertise, including ultra-luxury expeditions and cuisine. Daniel was able to tell us all about SOLIS and the menus that have been designed for our new Mediterranean-style restaurant – just before lunch too!

Belinda King, who produces our shows on board Seabourn ships, put on an incredible ‘all singing and dancing’ performance by four of our very talented performers – providing us with a sneak preview of a brand-new show that will be debuting soon on Seabourn!

This week we’ve all been asked by Natalya to sum up the Seabourn experience in one word. ‘Inspirational’ was my takeaway, as was ‘Family’ – a sentiment voiced many times by our speakers as well as the very entertaining Lord Digby Jones (a regular Seabourn conversationalist on our ships), who said the thank you on behalf of all our guests at the end of the day. Especially at this time of year, family is everything, and we certainly all felt like a very special ‘Seabourn family’ on Friday, and we hope our guests did too.
