BEACH + BEYOND
Elegant Resorts is introducing lifestyle-themed brochures and a dedicated trade number as it increases its focus on agents.
The moves follows a rebrand
targeting a broader, younger client base as the luxury operator marks its 30th anniversary. The first of three new brochures, Beach + Beyond, launches this month, while two others, Family Adventures and Luxury by Design, will follow in the spring.
NEW: Elegant has released the first of three lifestyle brochures
The focus will be on holiday types, a departure from previous brochures, whichwere themed by regions.
The new number for agent enquiries and bookings is 01244 897666. Elegant also plans to make marketing materials, such as direct mail leaflets and e-shots, available for agents to white label. Head of marketing Marie Williams-Cooke said the operator wants to re-engage with the trade. She said: “We are putting more focus on the trade; we very much want to be in that marketplace.” On targeting a new audience,
she added: “We realise that we have got an ageing database and
we need to attract new customers.”
