Disney’s recently launched digital destination, PixieDust HQ, brings infinite resources, training and
updates to travel professionals, combining Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Paris and Disney Cruise Line knowledge in one immersive platform.
Disney specialist SARAH CLARKE from Travel Counsellors explains why it’s her new favourite tool:
“With 25 years of Disney sales experience, and having first visited Disney World 35 years ago, I’m proud to be part of Travel Counsellors’ Disney Ambassador team. I love that the PixieDust HQ (PDHQ) training is fun and interactive, and information is easy to find on one platform. I’ve already completed the Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line courses and I’m now learning about Disneyland Paris. I always have the hub open on my laptop, so if I need to check something or have a question I can just jump in. As a homeworker, I can also be on the go, so having the PDHQ app at my fingertips is so useful. PixieDust HQ really helps agents who may not know the product well boost both sales and customer experience by suggesting add-ons clients may not have considered. The incentives are amazing too – they’re a great way to help you push for more sales and keep up with your Disney knowledge!”
