G Adventures to host second GX Summit in India in September
G Adventures and its non-profit organisation Planeterra will hold the second GX Community Tourism Summit in India this year. Following the inaugural
event in Peru last year, this year’s summit will again give agents, suppliers, media and travellers a chance to see the impact that community tourism can have on a destination and its people. The GX summit, running from

September 24-29, will incorporate the Change Makers agent event before culminating in a World Community Tourism celebration. The Change Makers campaign,
which incentivises agents to focus on “changing people’s lives through travel by booking G Adventures trips”, runs until May 31. The summit will feature a six-day tour visiting Delhi, Jaipur and Agra.
