Kuoni unveils Israel & Jordan brochure

Kuoni has released its first dedicated Israel & Jordan brochure.


The launch is backed by a joint


marketing programme with the Israel Ministry of Tourism, and agents will receive destination training and have the chance to go on fam trips by making bookings. A new section on Kuoni’s


website will feature details of all the hotels, resorts and tours


featured in the two countries. Angelo D’Avino, product and


purchasing manager, said: “I’ve spent time in both Israel and Jordan recently and personally selected a small number of high- end hotels and experiences which blend city breaks with some of the most stunning historical sites in the world. Israel and Jordan have some excellent beach resorts and we want to capitalise on the premium winter-sun market.” The new brochure features 22


resorts, and two new small-group tours have been put together. D’Avino added: “There is

Butlin’s to hold Family Festival in June at Minehead


Butlin’s is to host a festival for families this summer. The Family Festival 2019 runs


from June 21-24 at its Minehead resort in Somerset. It will feature live shows on an


outdoor stage including Abba: Here We Go Again; Sing Ft J Sheeran; and Salute: the story of Little Mix; as well as live character performances from the likes of Mr Potato Head and Paddington, and interactive shows such as Animal Antics. Street-food stalls will add to the


festival atmosphere. A three-night Summer Festival
