GLOBE TRAVEL AWARDS 2027 LAUNCH

a

Nominate the colleagues and businesses who deserve their moment in the spotlight

Some achievements deserve a little extra sparkle. Our five Special Awards celebrate the individuals and companies driving the travel industry forward, whether they’re championing accessibility and inclusivity, building a better workplace, finding smarter ways to be sustainable or simply being the office hero everyone knows they can count on. You can put yourself or your company forward, or nominate a colleague. Each submission will be judged by a dedicated panel of experts, who will consider the achievements, impact and lasting contribution of each nominee. For the full entry criteria for each award, visit globetravelawards.co.uk.

Unsung Hero Award Every team has one: the person who quietly gets things done and always has the answer. Nominate the colleague who doesn’t just go the extra mile, but leaps over every hurdle, from community champions and charity fundraisers to back-office team members.

Travel for All Award Celebrate businesses making travel more inclusive and more accessible. That might mean removing barriers for people with

disabilities or neurodivergence, or creating products, services and experiences that ensure equal access to travel experiences for all.

Sustainable Future Award This accolade is for those businesses turning good intentions into real-world action. Whether it’s cutting waste, changing the way they operate or finding new ways to travel more responsibly, this award celebrates those helping to create a greener and more sustainable future at home and abroad.

Employer of the Year Award People are at the heart of any great business, and this category celebrates the employers that create supportive, inclusive and forward-thinking workplaces to ensure teams can do their best work and feel proud to strive for more.

Outstanding Achievement Award For those who’ve raised the bar through leadership, innovation, expertise or sheer determination. This award celebrates an exceptional contribution from an individual whose work has left its mark on the industry, and is selected by an expert judging panel.
