The Globe Travel Awards are turning 50 – and there’s never been a better time to celebrate what makes travel shine so brightly
For half a century, the Globe Travel Awards have been bringing the travel industry together to celebrate success. On January 14, 2027, guests will gather at the opulent JW Marriott Grosvenor House on Park Lane for an anniversary gala worthy of the occasion – celebrating the individuals, suppliers and trade partnerships that have proved their worth through another year of change and challenge. As ever, the Globes will be a night of glamour, star-studded
entertainment and surprises – there are plenty of reasons to celebrate the 50th anniversary, after all. So, polish those dancing shoes and prepare for a night to remember with 1,200 of the industry’s trailblazers.
Nominations now open The awards are a mark of excellence because they are decided by you – the agents who know the industry inside out. Whether a hotel group has gone the extra mile, an airline has flown above and beyond or a tour operator has consistently delivered excellent service, this is your chance to highlight the suppliers that deserve their moment on stage. New this year is the award for Best Villa Company,
recognising the villa providers and operators in this growing sector. You can also look forward to our selection of Special Awards, recognising those who have consistently exceeded
