WHAT TO EXPECT WHO?

The course is aimed at those working as a technical director in professional football or have been identified as having the potential to be successful in the role.

LOCATION AND DURATION

The course is split with half the workshops being held at St Georges Park and others being based at high performing organisations and environments. The course will last 20 months and will consist of 25 contact days as a group, with individual in situ support.

COMMITMENT

Attendance at each module is compulsory. We realise that football doesn’t always allow for planning ahead so we try and help you manage commitments.

LEARNERS

The course will be limited to a maximum of 16 learners, so that we can offer a bespoke individualised programme of learning.

STUDY VISIT

As part of the programme there is a three-day immersive study visit exploring a variety of world-leading organisations and environments within Europe.

PROFILING

Prior to the course you’ll be invited to a profiling day where we’ll start the process of tailoring the content of the course to your individual needs. This profiling process will involve discussions with learners, 360-degree feedback from stakeholders and a range of other profiling tools.

TUTORS & EXECUTIVE COACHING

As part of the programme each learner will be allocated an FA tutor to support their learning. Learners will also receive a number of 1:1 coaching sessions from a business mentor who will focus on specific needs of individuals.

ASSESSMENT

The assessment process will involve a review of your ongoing learning and development throughout the 20-month programme. This will be evidenced by your development against agreed goals at the start of the course. In addition to this, learners will undertake an independent study related to their own context. This written assignment will then be presented to a panel of experts and peers.

COST

£7490.00 (+VAT), which includes mentoring, study visit, accommodation, resources and meals.
