MENTORING AND SUPPORT STUDY VISIT


As part of the course, we will embark on a three-day experience as a group.


The aim of the study visit is to investigate different environments, gain exposure to world-leading practitioners and provoke new thoughts and ideas within the fields of leadership, culture, high performance, talent ID and development.


SPEAKERS


We will utilise a wide range of world-leading practitioners from within football and in other fields such as business, military and education. These will be designed to ensure connection with the learner’s day-to-day roles.


Each learner will have a choice of mentor to assist in the learning process and to provide support based around your individual needs and your specific context. Sessions with the mentor will be arranged on an ad hoc basis to supplement the course and to focus on your personal needs.
