INTRODUCTION


The role of a technical director is dynamic and multi-dimensional.


The aim is to create success for clubs through high performance culture backed up by an aligned vision and strategy.


We have designed this course to fit the bespoke needs of the role. It will benefit individuals who are already working as a technical director as well as those who aren’t yet but have the aspirations and potential to step up into a future position.


Over the course of 20 months of learning, you’ll get under the skin of the role and the key working relationships you’ll need to be successful.


You will reflect on your current practices, develop an action plan for individual development and consider topics such as leadership, strategy, decision making and organisational culture.


And throughout the course you’ll have the opportunity to share knowledge and experience with your peers as well as exploring how world- leading organisations operate.
