whole-market point-of-sale coverage of e-books, audiobooks and online print sales. Previously, Paul was a tech executive in the video game industry.

Master class
Shauna O’Briain, a.k.a. MC Angel, is a talented wordsmith, performing as a spoken word artist and hip hop emcee as well as writing page poetry. She is the author of Moments of Significance, a non-linear memoir packed with poetry, prose, fragments of memories and meditations on life, philosophy and politics.
Videl Bar-Kar Bookwire
Videl is global head of audio at Bookwire, a leading provider of digital publishing services. He has worked in publishing for over a decade, first as director of the Ways With Words Festival group, then as the first audio publisher at Penguin Random House UK. He is currently a member of the Cheltenham Literature Festival advisory board.

Caroline Bayley Pinemarten Education
Caroline is the founder of Pinemarten Education, a consultancy and software development company that creates assessment and workload manage- ment tools for teachers. A former English teacher and head of department, she is also the designer/ developer behind SmartRubric, an assess- ment system for non- STEM subject teachers.
