controller that he was climbing to. Actually, his aircraft was descending before crashing and killing all onboard, including LA Laker legend Kobe Bryant. A recently published report by the Los Angeles Times reveals the pilot was somewhat concerned about the flying weather. The day before the fatal crash, Zobayan texted: “Just checked and not the best day tomorrow, but it is not as bad as today.”
