The MP30 Compact Base Station solution is a value price-point wireless intercom system ideal for inner cabin communication, so the crew is not tethered to the aircraft and can move around freely within the cabin. It is also useful for scene or maintenance work by enabling communication back to the pilot(s). The PNG Wireless Intercom System helps improve situational awareness, productivity, and safety for the crew from start to shutdown. The system enables your crew to be under full communication outside the aircraft, for example, during engine start-ups, running rotors, in the cabin, and during hot loading or scene work. This is enabled by the system’s unique noise and echo canceling capability.
Axnes develops and supplies advanced and highly durable wireless intercom solutions for use in and outside aircraft, and in other demanding ground and marine applications. Axnes is well known for its wireless ICS systems, and today more than 2,400 aircraft worldwide are equipped with Axnes wireless technology. The company has been supplying its wireless intercom systems to industry for over two decades, and is an EASA Part 21 and Part 145 approved organization. Axnes also supplies its PNG wireless intercom products to several major aircraft OEMs as standard equipment for certain mission-equipped airframes.
“Our rescue crews use the Axnes system and absolutely love it. It’s definitely a game changer.”

This unique device is a game changer in the field of vegetation management. The Aerial Grapple Saw was developed to safely, accurately, and efficiently cut tree species (coniferous or deciduous) regardless of growth characteristics. With the number of ground-based vegetation management professionals shrinking every year, utilities and other customers are looking for alternative methods to keep their vegetation under control and stay in compliance with regulatory agencies. Since its inception, the Aerial Grapple Saw has safely removed over 400,000 trees in many scenarios, generated millions of dollars for helicopter operators, and saved customers countless funds due to its efficiency and efficacy at removing trees in the most challenging settings.
•
Endless 360 degrees of rotation and 90 degrees of tilt function allows the operator to capture and cut any tree regardless of its growth characteristics.
• Ergonomically friendly controller with a universal mounting system provides maximum comfort to the pilot while operating.
•
Ability to maintain positive control of vegetation after it’s been cut to protect customers’ powerlines or other assets.
• Adjustable rigging lengths to overcome obstacles in a variety of scenarios.
• Designed to be safely jettisoned without damaging the aircraft.
“Aerial Solutions is excited to incorporate the grapple saw into our vegetation management services. We are pleased with the capability and reliability of the equipment. It is obvious that safety and functionality were a priority of Clark Industries during the design of the grapple saw. We are confident the addition of the grapple saw will bring Aerial Solutions helicopter vegetation management services to the next level.”
