Aero Design’s line of high quality products and accessories for helicopters includes items that improve the safety and usability of the aircraft and also allow operators to pursue areas of the industry not previously accessible. The Aero Design Bell 205/212/412 Cargo Arm attaches to the existing support stanchion in the rear cabin and allows for crew and equipment to be lowered for fire support and suppression. The Aero Design Cargo baskets have many configurations and are certified on many make and model of aircraft including Bell 206B/L and 407, 429, 205/212/412, Eurocopter AS350/355, Robinson R44 and MD 600N. The baskets allow transport of such things as firefight­ ing equipment and safety gear, as well as dangerous goods, such as bear spray, ensuring comfort for passengers and crew en­route to the worksite, easy access once onsite and helps to eliminate damage to aircraft interiors.

Mission-Specific Training FlightSafety’s mission­oriented approach provides a


major advantage in helicopter training. EMS pilots train to convincing scenarios drawn from real­life challenges. Offshore crews face training scenarios that replicate their particular situation. The company also offers mission­specific training for law enforce­ ment and newsgathering. FlightSafety offers a wide variety of training programs for AgustaWestland, Bell Helicopter, Eurocopter and Sikorsky which have begun, or will soon at helicopter Learning Centers in Dallas, TX; Lafayette, LA; London Farnborough, UK; Stavanger, Norway; Tucson, AZ; and West Palm Beach, FL.
