The ‘My Account’ section holds the details that YPO has on your organisation. One this page, you can change your password, add sub-users and change email delivery preferences.

Note: If any of these details are wrong please contact YPO directly at directs@ypo.co.uk or furniture@ypo.co.uk if you’re a furniture supplier, as these can only be changed by a YPO administrator.

The portal will send the admin user an email notification when new, updated and cancelled orders, and returns are placed in the portal. The admin user can set the frequency at which these emails are received.
