Introduction


Welcome to the new supplier portal training guide. Our supplier portal has been developed to make processing of orders and return orders easier for you.


The portal has a range of benefits from providing clarity of delivery dates to YPO, delivery dates to our customers and as a supplier, gives you a more streamlined process – from placing an order to settling your invoices.


The portal also allows you to access orders and return orders, to acknowledge them and to input expected and confirmed delivery or return dates. You will also be notified of any new, updated or cancelled orders via email.


You will have access to useful metrics, you can manage your settings, export data in various formats and you’ll be able to allocate access to the portal to multiple people or departments within your organisation.
