To accept the order, please key in an expected delivery date for the order and then click accept order. This is the acceptance date of the order, not the delivery date.


This is the expected date of delivery at line level and it’s important to key this in at line level if the expected delivery date for each line on the order differs from one another. Initially it is pre-populated from metrics on YPO’s systems. If this isn’t correct for your organisation or delivery schedule it can be amended before clicking or later in the orders that have moved to ‘in progress’.


An expected delivery date must be inputted for every line on the order. All the lines may have the same date or may have different dates depending on your delivery schedule. All dates can be amended later, until the order delivery has been confirmed.


Once the order is accepted, the following message will be displayed.
