Integrum expands South East care coverage
Warwickshire care home unveils refurbished bar and bistro
Integrum Care Group has expanded its reach across the South East with the acquisition of a seventh care home – its second in the Brighton area. Cavell House in Shoreham-by-Sea has
46 rooms and provides specialist care for a range of needs including respite, nursing, and palliative care. The home will become part of The Mulberry Community – a dedicated service which supports people with a wide range of complex care needs. Integrum Care Group CEO and co-owner

Lord Mayor opens £10m care home in Herne Bay
The Lord Mayor of Canterbury Councillor Keji Moses and Lady Mayoress Carol Reed have officially opened Dunham Care’s first care home – Herne Bay Manor in Kent. Visiting to commemorate build
completion, the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress cut a green ribbon to declare the £10m, 67 bedroom care home officially open and ready to welcome its first residents. Herne Bay Manor offers residential,
nursing, dementia and respite care services. Led by home manager Trisha King, the property features en suite private bedrooms, elegant lounges, dining rooms and communal areas, spa-assisted bathrooms, a beauty salon, plus spacious grounds and an outdoor terrace to the first floor. The Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress were
joined by representatives from Dunham Care for a tour of the care home and to meet some of the newly appointed staff, as well as potential new residents. Lord Mayor Cllr Moses said: “We are
delighted to be here today to celebrate the completion of this beautiful new development that will support and enhance life for older individuals in our Herne Bay community.

Leycester House in Warwickshire has officially unveiled its newly refurbished bar, bistro, and reception area. Staff at the home – which is part of the Berkley Care Group – worked with specialist designers to transform the heart of the home into a modern, comfortable setting designed for socialising and relaxation.
The refurbishment includes a cosy snug within the bistro, updated décor and furnishings, an armchair seating area, and a striking handmade bar that has already become a favourite feature among residents. The refurbished setting was officially opened by the Mayor of Warwick, Councillor Jackie D’Arcy, alongside Berkley Care Group Co-Owner and Chief Executive Officer, Laura Perry, at a special launch event.
