Contractors sign up for £100m Audley village in Berkshire


Audley Group has appointed Henry Construction and Zenith Construction to support the restoration and new build phases of its Sunningdale Park retirement village in Berkshire. The £100m development will consist of 103 one, two and three bedroom apartments and luxury cottages.


Henry Construction has been appointed as the main contractor to deliver the new build properties on the 16.5 acre site. Zenith Construction will be responsible for


overseeing the restoration of the historic buildings at Audley Sunningdale Park, which include Northcote House, the Lodges, the Stables, the Dairy, the Walled Garden and the Gamekeeper’s Lodge. The centrepiece building, Northcote House, is a Grade II listed neo-Georgian mansion, originally built in 1931 by Sir Hugo Cunliffe-Owen, former president of British

Parol joins the Legal & General-owned business with over 15 years of experience in architecture, having worked at firms such as Urban Edge Architecture and rg+p. Her initial focus will be on developing design
