By investing in rigorous infection prevention and control programmes, and prioritising projects to minimise transmission risks with hospitals, we can plan effectively for a potential second peak

importance of effective decontamination and rigorous infection prevention and control (IPC) programmes has become obvious as hospitals seek to prevent hospital-acquired COVID.


By investing in rigorous infection prevention and control programmes, and prioritising projects to minimise transmission risks with hospitals, we can plan effectively for a potential second peak – as well as continuing the positive work of infection control professionals in controlling MRSA over the past decade.
