Going Beyond the Content Catalogue

Agreegain Sets Out Bold Growth Strategy for 2026 Booth 2X41 Agreegain

As Agreegain prepares for its first standalone booth at ICE 2026, separate from sister company Altenar, Senior Partner Manager Maria Afzaal reflects on a year of growth and why they’re taking a ‘show don’t tell’ approach to exhibiting.

Agreegain has moved quickly since it launched last year. How would you sum up your first year in the market?

Since opening, we have been focused on building momentum while putting the right structures in place for sustainable growth. Since acquiring the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC) licence in April, we’ve scaled rapidly, expanding our portfolio to more than 10,000 high- quality games, onboarding industry-leading operators and establishing ourselves across key markets - but growth alone isn’t the whole story.

We have focused on building the business with long-term value in mind. From day one, scalability and stability have been a major focus, which meant investing early in a single API ecosystem, a robust back office and a support structure bringing together product, technology, compliance and commercial expertise. Te result is a platform that is ready to grow with our partners and deliver exceptional results.

Aggregation is a crowded space with many providers struggling to differentiate. What sets Agreegain apart?

We don’t treat aggregation as a content catalogue – it is about genuine, ongoing partnerships. We’re proud to offer a large portfolio of global content, but our real differentiator is how operators can interact with the content and manage their business through our platform. Our single, standardised API reduces integration time, costs and maintenance, while our back office gives operators deep visibility and control through advanced dashboards, reporting, analytics and full provider management.

Beyond the technology, we provide 24/7 operational and technical support, compliance guidance and strategic input. Taking a customer- centric, consultative approach to partnerships means we don’t just integrate and leave customers to it.

We help them run better, faster and more resilient casino operations. What do operators prioritise when they come to you?

For most, speed is king. But this has to come with control. Operators are looking for fast onboarding of new providers, immediate access to high-performing content and tools that reduce operational friction. Advanced reporting, real-time analytics and automation are key supports that operators must also have access to. At the same time, compliance support is equally as important, particularly in markets where regulation is evolving quickly, such as in Latam, Africa and Europe.

Operators are scaling across multiple brands and

jurisdictions and need a full solution, including a stable modern platform with diversified tools and quality casino content, that is flexible, stable and built for complexity.

How do you see those needs evolving as we move into 2026?

We anticipate growing demand for deeper analytics and player behaviour insights, and higher levels of automation across content and portfolio management. Speed to market will still be critical, but so will faster certification processes and smoother entry into newly regulated jurisdictions.

Personalisation and configurable front-end tools will continue to play a bigger role as competition increases, alongside stronger compliance and risk-management support. Regulation isn’t getting simpler – platforms need to help operators navigate it without letting it slow them down.

ICE 2026 will see Agreegain’s first standalone booth...

Last year, we made up a small section of Altenar’s stand, but this year, we’re making a clear statement by going it alone in an entirely different hall. Our first standalone booth at the industry’s biggest event reflects the confidence we have in our product, platform and value proposition. Stepping out independently allows us to demonstrate our maturity as a supplier and engage with operators and providers at scale.

Visitors will be able to explore our full aggregation ecosystem, from content portfolio and single API integration to advanced back office and latest product enhancements. We’ll showcase live demos, dashboards, analytics and configuration tools, highlighting features developed through continuous feedback from operators to support real operational needs with speed and flexibility.
