GCR and RIGK partner in recycling trials for PPWR
Compounding group GCR Plastic Solutions and RIGK have collaborated in an industrial recycling trial for packaging from Germany’s Pamira agricultural recovery system and the country’s GVÖ scheme for lubricant packaging. The project goals are to ensure the highest levels of quality, traceability, and safety with recycled plastics. “This project represents a decisive step in demonstrating that complex industrial streams, when properly managed at source, can be trans- formed into high-value recycled raw

are made with 30% and 45% PCR content respectively and offer excellent weatherability and impact resistance to extend the life of high-gloss moulded-in colour parts, avoiding volatile emissions from painting and facilitating end-of-life recycling. The new thermally conductive LNP Konduit WTF2C compound is able
to replace die-cast alumini- um in housings for ADAS radar and ECUs. Also new, Extem RH1017UCL is an optical thermoplastic that with- stands lead-free reflow soldering and is suited for optical sensor lenses used in driver monitoring and gesture control systems.
