“As Director of Transportation for Cypress-Fairbanks ISD, overseeing 650 routes and the transportation of 87,000 students daily, visibility is a top priority. First Light Safety’s Illuminated School Bus Sign and Fully Illuminated Stop Arm have significantly enhanced


the safety of our buses, especially during the early mornings and dark winter months. The ISBS ensures our school buses are easily recognizable by thousands of commuters, parents, and students.


The FISA, in particular, adds a crucial extra level of visibility, making it hard for motorists to miss when the bus stops to pick up students. Compared to traditional stop arms, FISA’s full illumination grabs


attention much like a traffic’s red stoplight, which is crucial in our foggy southeast Texas mornings.
